Terms of use.
A research tool, not a clinician. AI reports can be wrong, every source is listed so you can check it, and decisions made from what you read here are yours.

What this service is for
MyAtomy is a research and educational tool. It summarises published scientific literature to help you inspect the evidence behind a claim.
By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
Not medical advice
Nothing produced by this service is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for professional care. It does not know your history, your medications or your circumstances.
Do not use it to start, stop or change any medication or dose, to delay seeking care, or to self-diagnose. Decisions about your health belong with you and a qualified clinician. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
AI output can be wrong
Reports are generated by an AI system reading literature retrieved automatically. That process can fail in several ways: relevant studies can be missed, retrieved studies can be misread, nuance can be lost, and the summary of a paper can misstate what it found.
Verdicts and confidence ratings are the system's assessment, not established fact. The evidence strength score is a heuristic reading aid, not a probability, a p-value or any clinical measure.
Every report lists the sources it used and links to them. For anything that matters, read the primary sources. Do not treat a MyAtomy report as a citable authority — cite the underlying research.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you submit and for any decision you make on the basis of a report.
Do not submit content you have no right to share, personal health information about yourself or another person, or material that is unlawful. Do not use the service to produce medical guidance for other people, to attack or harass anyone, or to manufacture the appearance of scientific backing for a claim.
Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer or circumvent the limits on the service, and do not use automated means to submit analyses at scale.
Availability and pricing
The service is provided as is. Analyses are currently free, subject to usage limits. Features may change or be withdrawn, limits may change, and the service may be unavailable at any time without notice.
Pay-as-you-go pricing is planned. Until it is live, no payment is taken, no wallet connection is requested, and nothing in the product can charge you. Prices shown on the site today are proposed and may change before checkout opens.
Your content and reports
You keep whatever rights you have in what you submit. You grant us permission to process it as needed to produce a report, as described in the privacy policy.
Reports are stored only in your browser. We do not keep a copy, cannot recover one for you, and are not responsible for reports lost when browser data is cleared. Export anything you want to keep.
No warranties, and limits on liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output, including any health outcome, financial loss, or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last did, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
